With our proven technology, EPOXY-M-HES, a higher protection of windings of your electric motor is given to make it suitable for more difficult working conditions.
Many manufacturers of spindle motors use epoxy resins to protect their windings from incoming substances for example oil, cooling lubricants, and chemicals. This increases the performence of the winding and allows a better heat dissipation.
By using EXPOXY resins, we can increase the lifetime of the insulation.
Since the heat loss in iron and copper is lower, we also raise the efficiency of the motor.
Due to our solution, the winding is mechanically better protected, which reduces the risk of damage.
When a bearing is breaking heavily winding damage frequently can occur.
